Releases
SportsReview is currently under heavy development however it already contains many quite useful features.
- Sports Review v0.2: [2014-04-29] 2nd development release. This is not yet a complete release but it already has quite a range of useful features. Download as [.tar.gz] or as [.zip]
Features
Current:
- Delayed video: delay a live video stream by a number of seconds. This allows you to perform a training task such hitting a ball then immediately afterwards review what it looked like
- Pause: pause the live stream and step through frame-by-frame to review the task in detail
- Record: record a small frames groups for later analysis
- Analysis tool: slowmotion, frame-by-frame and export tools
Planned:
- Motion capture hardware: hardware to capture motion such as bat swing or body movements

SportsReview is an Open Source package (LGPL2+ licence) so anyone is welcome to copy, improve and hopefully contribute back to the project.
